BrightStar Care -- a local leader in home care since 2009 -- is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) in Anne Arundel County.
* CREATE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE--Flexible PRN scheduling with full-time hours available -- Shifts range from 4-hour to 12-hour shifts
HHA/CNA Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a qualified Home Health Aide/CNA (no exceptions)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable car/active auto insurance
- Clean background and criminal record
- Active CPR certification and Negative TB test, within the past year, required upon starting work
HHA/CNA Compensation and Benefits:
- Travel time pay between shifts, if during same day
- Weekly pay with direct deposit

HHA/CNA Responsibilities:
- Provide client care, based upon individualized plan of care
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, ambulation; offer companionship
- Provide transportation, as needed
- Assist in providing a safe environment for clients
- Comply with all required documentation and record keeping
