Starting Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Part-time to start, with opportunity to grow into full-time
Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Do you love dogs, enjoy talking with people, and like keeping things organized?
We’re a growing, family-owned dog daycare and mobile grooming company looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized person to join our team.
You’ll be one of the first people our customers interact with and will work closely with our owners, groomers, and daycare team to keep appointments organized and make sure our customers have a great experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer customer phone calls and text messages
- Help new and existing customers schedule grooming and daycare appointments
- Learn our grooming services, pricing, breeds, and coat types
- Help organize mobile grooming appointments based on customer location and our groomers’ existing schedules
- Fill cancellations and schedule openings
- Follow up with new customer inquiries
- Greet customers and their dogs at the daycare
- Check customers in and out
- Keep customer and pet information organized and up to date
- Communicate schedule changes with customers and groomers
- Help keep the front desk running smoothly

Pet Experience Is a Plus
Previous experience working with dogs is highly preferred.
Experience at a dog daycare, grooming salon, veterinary clinic, boarding facility, pet store, or other pet-related business would be especially valuable.
Familiarity with common dog breeds, sizes, coat types, grooming terminology, and dog behavior is a big plus.
If you don’t have professional pet experience but are knowledgeable about dogs and are a quick learner, we’d still love to hear from you.
