We’re looking for an experienced Pet Groomer to join our close-knit team. If you’re skilled in grooming, love working with pets, and thrive in a positive, community-centered environment, we’d love to meet you.
✨ Cat grooming & bathing experience is a plus!
What You’ll Do
- Perform full-service grooming (nail trims, ear cleaning, bathing, brushing, haircuts, styling, gland expression)
- Work 1-on-1 with pets, honoring breed standards and owner preferences
- Safely maintain and operate grooming tools (clippers, shears, dryers, etc.)
- Monitor pets for signs of stress, illness, or injury, and communicate with owners
- Deliver exceptional customer service in-person, by phone, and during self-wash visits
- Keep the salon clean and organized (disinfect tubs, manage laundry, vacuum, etc.)
- Assist with opening/closing, POS transactions, and daily shop operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily flow
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a professional groomer with a strong portfolio
- Knowledge of dog breeds, coat types, and grooming techniques
- Ability to lift and handle pets of all sizes and work on your feet for extended periods
- Patience, compassion, and gentle handling of animals
- Dependable, punctual, and efficient with strong multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
