Position Overview:
As a server, you’ll be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest has an exceptional dining experience. You’ll be responsible for providing attentive service, guiding guests through our menu, and contributing to the welcoming environment that keeps them coming back.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Top-Notch Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized.
- Upsell and Suggest: Recognize opportunities to enhance the guest experience with suggestions for appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks.
- Handle Payments: Accurately process payments, including cash, credit cards, and split checks.
- Contribute to Atmosphere: Uphold the warm, friendly, and community-focused vibe our guests love.
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn can go a long way.
- Passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach.
- TABC and Food Handler certifications (or ability to obtain them before starting).
