Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables efficiently.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Process payments accurately, handling cash transactions with basic math skills.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus.
- Experience with guest services, hospitality, or customer relations is highly valued.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
