The Lilac at Bayview 120 bed skilled nursing facility is looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and providing general administrative support. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and provide a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Maintain an accurate filing system for all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
