Role Summary:
The Senior Project Manager will lead façade projects from contract award through installation, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery. This role is hands-on, client-facing, and central to driving project execution and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of façade projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, fabrication, logistics, and site installation.
- Oversee contracts, drawings, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, and technical coordination.
- Manage financials including budgets, forecasting, cash flow, billing, and change orders.
- Act as primary liaison with architects, GCs, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Drive project controls, QA/QC processes, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Lead coordination meetings, resolve issues proactively, and maintain clear communication.
- Mentor junior project staff and support continuous improvement across project delivery.
