We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining strong coordination across internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. You will play a key role in managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initial review through to completion
- Review contracts, drawings, scope of work, budgets, and project documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and project stakeholders
- Develop and manage project schedules for submittals, fabrication, and installation
- Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and timelines
- Prepare and manage change orders, including cost tracking and approvals
- Collaborate with accounting teams on project billing and progress tracking
- Identify and escalate risks or issues to senior management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
Requirements
- 1- 4 years’ experience in project management within construction or a related field
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles
- Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. MS Project)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders
- Exposure to commercial construction projects
- Experience with construction or project management software
