Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Massage Therapist based in Duluth, MN. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality massage services such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and craniosacral massage to meet individual client needs. The role involves assessing client requirements, offering self-care and stress management strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and well-being. Additional duties include maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in massage techniques, including Swedish and deep tissue massage
- Proficiency in stress management techniques and the ability to tailor services to individual client needs
- Strong customer service skills with a client-focused and compassionate approach
- Must hold a valid Massage Therapy License for practice in the City of Duluth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a supportive work environment
- Experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred but not required
