We are seeking motivated and compassionate Massage Therapists to join our team at our Lutsen and Grand Marais locations along Minnesota’s North Shore. This is a great opportunity for both experienced therapists and new graduates looking to start and grow their careers in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
In this role, you will provide high-quality, client-focused massage services by assessing client needs, customizing each session, and delivering a relaxing and therapeutic experience. Strong communication, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are key.
You’ll work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to wellness, continued education, and exceptional client care. We offer flexible scheduling, a steady client base, and hands-on support to help you build confidence and refine your skills—especially if you’re just starting out.

Qualifications
- Certification from an accredited massage therapy program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Team-oriented mindset
Massage experience preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate. Nursing degrees may qualify in place of certification.
