The Sales Advisor serves as a vital link between clients and the advisory team, focusing on managing high-impact relationships and driving firm growth through proactive business development. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive review meetings, implementing complex financial planning strategies, and overseeing client retention for the firm’s core accounts. This role requires a high level of technical expertise to provide expert guidance on investments, taxes, and estate planning while maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, the Advisor is expected to champion the firm’s culture by mentoring staff and expanding the client base through referral-based marketing and professional networking.
Must Haves
Bachelors Degree
CFP Designation - Can be in progress
Series 7, 63, 65/66 - Active or in progress
5 years experience in direct advisory services in Wealth Management/Banking
Experience with Securities, Financial Planning, Investments, and Insurance required
Experience working with various Custodian Platforms (Fidelity, Schwab, TD, etc.)
Strong communication and sales motivated
Microsoft Suite and CRM experience
Familiarity with Financial Planning software (eMoney, Moneyguide Pro, Retirement Analyzer)
High volume work environment and growth minded
Plusses
Leadership experience
CKA (Certified Kingdom Advisor) Designation
RedTail CRM experience
Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
