Lia Honda Brewster - Assistant Bookkeeper

Lia Honda Brewster is seeking an Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $24-$26/hour based on experience

SIGN ON BONUS: N/A

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of dealership procedures
• Willingness to take initiative
• Computer literacy
• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
• Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Must have clean & valid driver's license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Billing out wholesale and dealer trades
• Posting all wholesale and dealer trades
• Processing trade paperwork
• Assist maintaining titles and lien releases
• Back up head biller
• Assisting with the processing of daily deposit
• Cut payoff checks and/or submit payoffs digitally
• Assist with CIT and any funding delays
• Scan deals
• Any other duties assigned by the manager
