Job Overview:
We are actively hiring servers and bartenders who are friendly, guest-focused, and motivated to join our FOH team. As a FOH team member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience. Whether you are behind the bar crafting beverages or on the floor taking care of guests, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and standards (bartenders).
- Provide attentive, timely service to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room and bar area.
- Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Process payments accurately, including cash and credit transactions.
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work.
- Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol service standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a full-service restaurant or similar hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of the restaurant's menu, including food and drink offerings.
- Previous experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
