Host / Server Assistants

Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and friendly Host / Server Assistants to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Whether managing reservations, assisting servers, or providing guest relations support, your positive attitude will be key to our success.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, and clearing tables to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, dining area, and waiting zones in compliance with health standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Support guest relations by demonstrating strong communication skills and phone etiquette when handling reservations or inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold hospitality standards and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry practices is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent guest service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
• Professional phone etiquette and clear communication abilities are essential for success in this role. Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
