Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system (Square)
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Prepare and serve beverages as a bartender or barista, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Buss tables promptly and efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed during food handling and service
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties with POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food preparation techniques
- Experience with guest relations, serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
