Schedule: Monday – Friday 10:00 am-7:00 pm
Compensation: $150,000.00 Per Year

About the Role
The Chief of Operations provides high-level administrative, organizational, and leadership support to the CEO, ensuring alignment between the firm’s vision, mission, values, and long-term strategy.
This role oversees daily operations across multiple departments—including Human Resources, Marketing, Hospitality, and Operations—while supporting Legal and Finance as needed. The Chief of Operations ensures strong communication across the firm, drives KPI accountability, and maintains compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
This is a leadership role focused on execution, accountability, and scaling systems to support firm growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the firm is properly insured and manage all renewals
- Maintain personnel records for compliance and documentation
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, including note-taking, follow-up, and implementation of action items
- Align CEO objectives with firm-wide KPIs and ensure clear communication across departments
- Track, manage, and report on KPIs
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Oversee implementation of new systems, software, and vendor platforms
- Manage onboarding, training support, and offboarding of all team members
- Ensure proper documentation of internal communications, performance discussions, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Identify team strengths and optimize role placement accordingly
- Build scalable systems to support firm growth
- Oversee risk management and operational health of the firm
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in operations, leadership, or law firm management
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and team management
- Experience managing KPIs, systems, and cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to build and implement scalable processes
