Looking for a dynamic and passionate cook to join our team at Legacy Hotel. We're a bustling and growing restaurant. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare and cook dishes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow recipes and ensure that all dishes are consistent and of high quality.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations.
- Ensure that all food items are stored properly and safely.
- Manage inventory levels and communicate with management regarding ordering supplies.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Help train and mentor new kitchen team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a cook in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in dishes.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Salary : $18 - $20
