As the Assistant/Coordinator your primary focus will be on transaction coordination where you will work closely with the team leader to oversee sales transactions from start to finish. Your role will also provide general support for the team including social media/marketing, some event planning, and general administrative tasks. Experience:
- Administrative
- Real estate (license not required)

Responsibilities:
- Maintain team leader's email and schedule
- Client communications and follow-up
- Produce and send property reports/CMA's
- Write listing agreements (with supervision)
- Coordinate open houses, showings and vendor visits
- Track and review contracts, follow up as required
- Input and manage transaction documents in online systems
- Attend open houses as needed
- Prepare marketing packages/listing presentations
- Manage team website and social media pages
- Assist w/design of marketing materials for print and online/social media
- Manage client database/email marketing platform
- Manage Dropbox document filing and sharing
- General office duties and light accounting and expenses
Qualifications:

- (Will be trained on all broker's office procedures/programs)
Schedule:
- Approx. 20 hours per week to start
- Monday through Friday, days and start/end times flexible
- Weekend & Evening availability for open houses and events when needed
Compensation:
- $15 to $20 based on experience
- Eligible for discretionary bonus per closing
- Ability to earn more based on team performance and sales
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
