Job Description
We are currently looking for a behavior technician for a position in Burlington County area school districts that we serve. Some examples are Mount Laurel, Delanco and Delran.
Candidates will be screened and interviewed in person, all paperwork and orientation will be in person.
Fingerprinting appointments will have to take place on-site at NJ Department of Education approved Idemia/IdentiGo locations.
The perfect candidate for this job is a BACB-certificated Registered Behavioral Technician. We are able to accept applicants without the certification, as we will train on-site.
Job can include providing 1:1 daily support, shadowing, and/or classroom aide for students who have developmental, emotional and behavioral needs.
Clients may need assistance in classroom tasks, routines, or academic support (if in school). Staff may also be expected to assist teacher with classroom tasks or academic supports. In some cases, assistance with hygiene (including toileting) may be necessary.
Previous experience with behavior management skills and/or Applied Behavior Analysis impacts starting rate.

- Attend 2-full day New Hire Orientation in person at Florence NJ office
- Job-specific training (HWC, CPR/FA, ITT) provided
- Criminal and abuse/neglect background checks
