Make Your IMPACT! Growing Together! We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our Team! As a Maintenance Technician/Custodian, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities through your expertise in mechanical knowledge and facilities maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: shall include but is not limited to the following:
- Maintenance of building and grounds of school facilities to meet all required standards
- Basic construction tasks involving carpentry, dry wall, and plumbing skills
- Repair of damaged areas of school and residential facilities
- Proper care and storage of tools and equipment
- Adherence to prescribed safety standards
- Other duties deemed necessary by the LMT to ensure quality shelter and comfort for the students

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Skills in basic construction and maintenance procedures
- good driving record preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal standards
