What are the responsibilities and job description for the Afternoon Childcare Worker position at The Learning Tree Child Development Center?
We’re looking for a caring, energetic Part-Time Infant Teacher to join our team! If you love helping little ones grow, learn, and feel safe, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
2:00 PM – 5:30 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Provide a warm, nurturing, and safe environment for infants
- Support feeding, diapering, and daily routines
- Engage babies in age-appropriate play and sensory activities
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members
- Maintain a clean, healthy classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to pass a state background check
- Someone patient, compassionate, and reliable
- Experience with infants preferred but not required—we will train!
