Full-Time 1-Year-Old Teacher (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Learning Tree – Gallatin, TN
We’re looking for a patient, energetic, and caring 1-Year-Old Teacher to join our team! If you love helping little learners grow through play, exploration, and routine, this could be the perfect fit.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment
- Support toddlers through daily routines (diapering, meals, naps)
- Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities
- Encourage language, motor, and social development
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom
What We’re Looking For:
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to pass a state background check
- Loving, reliable, and energetic
