Additionally, they will work in collaboration with other Learning Source departments and divisions on additional cross-functional initiatives to further the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices that impact student engagement and success. Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and be responsible for comprehensive student engagement programs and
aspects within the student and alumni engagement program;
- Create, support, and deliver culturally responsible programming targeting student
- Develop long and short-term goals, oversee the management of day-to-day operations,
student engagement programs and initiatives in collaboration with the COO and CEO;
- Manage and oversee employment and college entrance survey for exiting students and
- Manage overall alumni engagement program with a focus on program value to alumni
- Collecting engaging student and alumni stories in partnership with Learning Source
- Create strategies to gather and maintain student contact information from registration
- Conduct regular career and postsecondary student information gathering sessions
- Liaison with connecting students to workforce and wraparound programming
- Work with CEO and COO to develop retention action policies
- Perform student outreach to enhance student success & retention
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience Required:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required with an advanced degree in Student Affairs
- Minimum 2 years experience in student affairs, alumni relations,
