We are looking for a full-time Human Resources Generalist who will work in a positive, mission-driven environment. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager and works collaboratively with other leaders in the organization and region to ensure a strong talent base.

The Human Resources Generalist will work collaboratively with other members of the Human Resources team to onboard and retain employees for various positions across the organization.

What are the duties and responsibilities?

• Work with new employees to complete onboarding and orientation requirements.
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure employees are ready to begin work in a timely manner with the required paperwork.
• Track various information in our HRIS system (i.e. clearances and trainings).
• Complete employment verifications and other paperwork for employees.
• Work with outside partners as needed to review employees paperwork.
• Assist with developing annual recruiting and hiring plan.
• Provide support to the Director of Human Resources, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer as needed.

What are the required qualifications?

• High School Diploma plus recruiting experience; or
• Associate Degree in Business or related field; or
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; and
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, database management.
