Twos Teacher (2-Year-Old Classroom)

Location: The Learning Experience – Gainesville, VA

Pay: $16–$19 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Gainesville is hiring a Twos Teacher to support children as they transition into more structured classroom routines while building independence, vocabulary, and early learning habits.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working with energetic young learners in a supportive early childhood setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide daily routines for children around age 2
• Support early communication and social development
• Implement structured learning activities and classroom centers
• Assist with meals, transitions, and toileting readiness routines
• Maintain classroom organization and safety standards
• Communicate regularly with families and teaching team members

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Prior childcare experience required
• Experience with two-year-olds preferred
• Patient, dependable, and team-oriented
