Toddler Teacher – Early Learning Classroom

Location: The Learning Experience – Gainesville, VA

Pay: $17–$20 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Gainesville is seeking a dependable Toddler Teacher to support children as they develop early communication skills, independence, and social confidence through structured routines and hands-on classroom experiences.

This role is ideal for educators who enjoy guiding young learners during an important stage of early development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily classroom routines for children ages 12–24 months
• Support language development and early social interaction
• Assist with diapering, meals, and rest-time transitions
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
• Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities
• Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom updates
• Collaborate with teaching team members and leadership
• Follow Virginia licensing and safety standards
  
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Prior childcare experience required
• Experience working with toddlers preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
