At TLE®, we've created a full cast of characters that become our little learners' educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.

What You'll Do
- Support daily center operations alongside the Center Director
- Lead, coach, and inspire teachers and staff
- Build strong relationships with families and the community
- Help drive enrollment through tours and local marketing
- Ensure licensing compliance and operational excellence
- Create a fun, collaborative, and thriving learning environment
Qualifications
- Must currently meet Virginia "Program Director" requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (ECE, Child-Related Field, Business, or Marketing)
- Childcare leadership or management experience required
- Knowledge of state licensing regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
