Key Responsibilities
Franchisee Communication and Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees throughout the development lifecycle
- Provide clear, timely updates on site availability, milestones, and next steps
- Guide franchisees through site evaluation, tours, and selection decisions
- Maintain accurate documentation of communications, timelines, and action items
- Coordinate site matching requests across internal stakeholders and partners
- Track development milestones from site selection through pre-construction and buildout
- Monitor pipeline progress and proactively identify risks or delays
- Review franchisee-submitted sites and coordinate evaluations with brokers and internal teams
- Ensure smooth transitions and handoffs to the New Center Opening team
- Partner with Real Estate, Construction, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams
- Align franchisee expectations with internal timelines and deliverables
- Communicate risks early and drive solutions to maintain development schedules
- Maintain development tracking tools, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards
- Support franchisee onboarding, system setup, and documentation processes
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and franchisee experience
- Franchisees feel informed, supported, and confident throughout development
- Internal teams have clear visibility into pipeline status and progress
- Risks are identified early and resolved proactively
- Development timelines move forward efficiently with minimal disruption
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field
- 7 years of experience in franchise development, real estate, project management, or client-facing roles
- Experience in franchise, multi-unit, retail, hospitality, or service-based environments preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills with experience using CRM or project management tools (Monday.com preferred)
- Proven ability to manage high-volume stakeholder communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management, expectation-setting, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage complex workflows and multiple development timelines
