Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Administrative professional to join our team as a Director of Educational Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the educational program, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs aligned with our curriculum framework
- Mentor and coach teachers to improve instructional practices
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Requirements:
- One or more years of center leadership/management experience preferred
- Professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children required
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- CPR and First Aid Certification highly preferred
Salary and Benefits:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
