Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the childcare center and classroom programs
- Assist with maintaining compliance with New Jersey licensing requirements
- Provide coaching and guidance to teaching staff
- Help manage staff scheduling and classroom ratio coverage
- Support enrollment tours and family communication
- Maintain student records and regulatory documentation
- Step into classrooms as needed to support staffing and transitions
- Partner with the Center Director to maintain program quality and consistency
- CDA credential required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred)
- Prior childcare or preschool leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of New Jersey licensing standards
- Experience supporting teachers and classroom operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
