Child Care Center Director
Location: Old Bridge, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually

The Learning Experience – Old Bridge is seeking an experienced Child Care Center Director to lead our preschool. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about coaching teachers, supporting families, growing enrollment, and creating a positive, high-quality learning environment.

Responsibilities:

•  Lead daily center operations 
•  Coach and support teaching staff 
•  Drive enrollment and family engagement 
•  Ensure licensing compliance 
•  Oversee curriculum implementation 

Qualifications:

•  Meet New Jersey Director licensing requirements 
•  Bachelor's degree, CDA, or equivalent Director qualifications 
•  Minimum 12 ECE credits 
•  State-required Director credentials 
•  Background check
