About the Role
The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking a warm, attentive, and skilled Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our infant classroom offers a caring, developmentally supportive environment where babies can learn, grow, and reach important early milestones.
This role is ideal for an ECE-certified educator who enjoys building nurturing relationships and creating a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
What You’ll Do
- Provide consistent, responsive care in a safe and nurturing infant classroom.
Support each child’s developmental needs through sensory activities, language exposure, and purposeful interactions. - Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to guide early learning and exploration.
- Partner with families by sharing daily updates, developmental progress, and classroom experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized environment that meets Massachusetts EEC licensing and health standards.
Collaborate with co-teachers and center leadership to ensure high-quality care and program consistency.
Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification required.
- Minimum 6 months of professional experience working with infants; 1 year preferred.
Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred. - CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and infant behavior patterns.
