Responsibilities
- Create a warm, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Lead play-based activities that encourage learning and development
- Support children's communication, independence, and social-emotional skills
- Guide children through classroom routines, meals, outdoor play, and transitions
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety
- Communicate professionally with families and fellow team members
- Follow all Idaho childcare licensing requirements and center policies
- High school diploma or GED required
- Childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood experience preferred
- CDA or ECE education is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patient, reliable, and enthusiastic about working with children
- Must meet Idaho childcare licensing requirements
