We are seeking a highly organized and flexible Floater Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines administrative support with occasional classroom responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations in both areas. Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:
- Manage and maintain child files with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with family tours and guide prospective families through the enrollment process.
- Support the administration of the CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program), ensuring compliance with program requirements.

Classroom Support:
- Provide breaks and support for teachers as needed throughout the day.
- Assist in classrooms during transitions and other high-need periods.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working in a classroom environment when needed.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a variety of administrative and childcare-related duties.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in childcare or a school setting is a plus.
