The Learning Experience Summercreek is seeking a dedicated Floating Teacher to join our team part-time from 12 PM to 6 PM. This critical role supports multiple classrooms and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and understands the importance of consistency in early childhood education.
Position Overview:

Hours: Monday–Friday, 12 PM – 6 PM

Pay Range: $12–$15 per hour, based on experience

Experience Required: 2–3 years in a licensed child care setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily classroom schedule and routines in infant through preschool classrooms
- Implement classroom management strategies and assist with behavior guidance as needed
- Step in seamlessly to support lead teachers and maintain a positive learning environment
- Assist with potty training and other age-appropriate care routines
- Maintain classroom readiness, cleanliness, and engagement standards
- Communicate effectively with children, staff, and families when needed
