- Support teachers by implementing lesson plans and facilitating group activities.
- Supervise children during outdoor play and meal times.
- Provide one-on-one support to children as needed.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Adapt to different classrooms and age groups as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
