Responsibilities
- Support payroll, PTO, and HRIS processes
- Administer benefits and 401(k) enrollments and changes
- Coordinate recruiting logistics and background checks
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Administer performance review cycles and track deadlines
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate company events, retreats, and employee surveys
- Support internal HR communications and reporting
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to manage recurring deadlines and processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documentation, and systems
- HR, recruiting, administrative, or operations experience preferred
