What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Generalist, Culture position at Amberwell Health Atchison?
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- HR/EE Culture Generalist needs to be driven, high-energy, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects or events at once. This role requires organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to balance deadlines and people.
- The Generalist’s main purpose is employee culture and morale. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Organization and facilitation of employee recognition events
- Organization and facilitation of employee Holiday parties/meals
- Analysis of information gathered from employee survey/feedback
- Administration of Sharepoint (Amberwell Intranet Page)
- Preparation, facilitation, presentation and follow up of new hire orientation at both locations.
- Travel between Amberwell locations would be necessary. At least 1 day a week at Hiawatha location required.
- Attending career fairs for recruitment
