We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment.
- Assist servers by bussing tables promptly and efficiently to enhance the dining experience for guests.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Help set up for banquets or catering events by arranging tables, chairs, and serving equipment as required.
- Follow all food handling safety regulations to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are met.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not mandatory.
