This position provides high-level administrative and coordination support to the CAO, helping manage priorities across HR and Compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
- Track projects, deadlines, and key initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications
- Maintain tracking tools for cross-functional work
- Follow up with teams to ensure progress and accountability
- Organize and maintain documentation and records
- Assist with compliance tracking, audits, and reporting
- Support process improvements and workflow efficiency
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving mindset and initiative
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- 3 years of administrative or coordinator experience
- Experience supporting senior leadership preferred
- Background in HR, compliance, or accounting is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (like Rippling) is a plus
