Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Law and litigation procedures, particularly in personal injury, civil rights, and related practice areas.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
- Strong Research skills for case law, statutes, regulations, and factual investigation.
- Attention to detail in Document Review, including analysis of medical records, police reports, and discovery materials.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal team members.
- Experience with case management software, Microsoft Office, and electronic filing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently while supporting a small legal team.
