Our experience spans across various industries including Construction, Healthcare, Retail, Aerospace, as well as Municipalities and School Districts.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to defending workers' compensation claims including cross-examining physicians, deposing applicants, attending hearings, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and providing legal advice and guidance.

We offer a generous employment package that includes production bonuses and paid bar dues.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation defense and claims management.
  • Ability to work independently from home or a remote location.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and insurance policies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
