Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to defending workers' compensation claims including cross-examining physicians, deposing applicants, attending hearings, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and providing legal advice and guidance.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation defense and claims management.
- Ability to work independently from home or a remote location.
- Knowledge of employee benefits and insurance policies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
