We are seeking a sharp, driven, and friendly individual to join our team long-term. This full-time role offers significant growth opportunities and requires a proactive approach to implementing and executing our client service strategies using the latest technology and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction:
- Engage with prospects to educate them about our services and processes.
- Schedule and coordinate “Family Wealth Planning Sessions” to assess family dynamics and asset planning needs.
- Ensure seamless delivery, completion, and execution of clients’ estate plans.
- Make a high volume of phone calls to clients and prospects, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Perform notarizations for estate planning documents.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage multiple databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Perform clerical tasks with a focus on client contact and phone communications.
- Handle general office duties (e.g., making coffee, refilling printer paper) as needed.
- Technology & Systems:
- Master various systems that support client services.
- Utilize technology to enhance client experiences and streamline operations.
- Problem Solving & Efficiency:
- Creatively address challenges to improve service delivery.
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Required: Current Notary Commission
- Preferred: Previous experience working in a law office.
- Education/Experience: Minimum of 4 years clerical experience with client contact and phone communications, or an Associate's Degree (AA).
- Advantage: Bachelor's Degree holders are eligible for higher compensation.
- Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable making a high volume of phone calls and engaging with clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with multiple databases and office technologies.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in all tasks.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Problem Solver: Creative and effective in finding solutions.
