Essential Duties and Responsibilities In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients and other members of the public by providing professional and positive customer service that is sensitive to the needs of each individual. You will conduct initial screenings to determine the nature of the visitor's business and how to best assist.
In addition, you will perform administrative tasks such as answering the phone, responding to inquiries, processing incoming and outgoing mail; assisting with scanning documents and record management functions, and performing accurate and timely data entry. Competencies and Qualifications The ideal candidate for this position will have at least one year of office experience involving public contact, a high and/or complex level of client engagement, information review and exchange, and a High School diploma or equivalent certificate of High School Achievement (GED).
