Personal Injury/Workers’ Compensation Plaintiff’s Practice law firm seeking an associate with 0-5 years of experience.
We are a client-focused, dynamic law firm located in the MOT area. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing team.
The Associate Attorney will handle matters in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation areas within the arenas of litigation, client advocacy and case management. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to grow their legal career in a supportive, small-firm environment.
Requirements:
- Delaware Law License and/or pending Delaware Law License is required.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited school
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases with professionalism and attention to detail
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
