COMPENSATION:
- $15 hourly during Lash Lounge stylist training/certification
- 30% commission once certified
- 32% commission as a Senior Stylist
- 34% commission as a Master Stylist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and brows
- Understand and promote retail products and memberships
- Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
- Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
- Maintain clean and sterile work environment
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license. Must be licensed.
- 1 years as a Lash Stylist, preferred
- 1 years with hand-made volume fans, preferred
- Customer service focused; loves on your clients
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating guests on products and services offered
- Ability to sign a one year contract
- Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
