WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Lash Lounge Dallas- Park Cities is seeking an Assistant Manager who is experienced, guest focused, and confident in driving sales. The ideal candidate builds strong relationships with the guests and team, delivers exceptional guest service, and consistently achieves KPIs while supporting a positive and welcoming salon environment. We have daily salon goals and we need someone who is motivated to hit and exceed those.
COMPENSATION:
- Starting $20 hourly/ can increase based on performance and experience level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and oversee daily salon operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and guest focused environment.
- Increase membership sales and retail sales
- Consistently meet and exceed salon KPIs, including memberships, retail sales, rebooking and guest retention.
- Greet guests and provide an excellent customer experience
- Book appointments in person or by phone
- Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
- Perform daily checklists such as 24 hour guest follow ups and 48 hour guest confirmations, etc.
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 2 years customer service or retail sales experience
- Sales experience
- Prior experience in salon, spa, or retail management preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!

Hours:
- Monday- Friday 8:30am-2:00pm
- Available to fill in on evenings or weekends if needed
Salary : $20 - $22
