Receptionist

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Receptionist to support a corporate office within a global food manufacturing organization in Oak Brook. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering consistent daytime hours, a professional environment, and the potential for long-term growth.

This Receptionist opportunity is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and enjoys being the first point of contact for a busy office. We are looking for someone who can step in quickly and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Provide front desk coverage and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees
• Greet guests, manage check-in procedures, and coordinate with building security for access
• Answer and direct incoming calls and messages via Microsoft Teams
• Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation and distribution lists
• Support general office operations and facilities-related needs
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
• Track and communicate important updates to internal teams

Requirements:

• Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Word
• Ability to stay organized and manage a steady flow of visitors and tasks
• Reliable and able to start quickly
• Customer service or hospitality background preferred

Key Details:

• Compensation: $20-$22/hour, depending on experience
• Location: Oak Brook, IL (onsite)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m
