What's the job?
- Manage on average 50 inbound customer calls daily
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Assist customers with billing, invoicing and contract-related questions
- Follow established scripts and workflows to maintain service consistency
- Document customer interactions within ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, IFS or similar platforms
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all customer communications
What's needed?
- 1 years of prior corporate, phone-based customer service experience required
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Experience working within SAP, Oracle, IFS or another ERP system required
- Ability to work independently and think resourcefully
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment

- Compensation: $22-25/hour (based on experience)
