What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Runner position at The Lark?
The Lark is looking for an experienced Food Runner to join our growing team! The food running position is crucial to the success of service and plays a key part in the guest experience. Working closely with the Chefs, Managers and Service team, the runners are responsible for getting everything to and from the tables, accurately, quickly and gracefully. They assist with information flow into the kitchen and expoing when necessary.
The menu highlights seasonal, locally sourced share plates and a communal dining experience.
Our food runners are often in training to become servers, once they have mastered the menu and working with the kitchen, we begin the process of training on Cocktails, Wine, Spirits, and steps of service. This is a great way to get your foot in the door for continued long term growth.
The position is fast-pasted and detail oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
